Our Team

With a team of highly qualified employees, we have many years of combined laboratory and seafood experience services.

Our team consists of experienced university graduates specialized in fisheries and food science (including a retired US FDA inspector), and laboratory technicians specialized in agriculture.  Our employees are trained and updated yearly by FDA Sensory Experts for Seafood in organoleptic sensory evaluation (including smell, texture and color).  Each year, they have repeatedly obtained high scores for their final evaluation, using the FDA grading system.
